My name is Jennifer; single mom of two growing boys. I am the proud owner of Mom's Cleaning Service Ottawa. I love what I do as I'm supporting other families and businesses in our beautiful surrounding areas! I would love to help you with any of your cleaning needs.
Our routine will be something that you as the client
We are a small company of moms and dads. For our residential cleans we offer regular scheduled cleans, deep cleans, one time, move in/out, and custom cleans. We also change bedsheets, pick up toys and things laying around. What makes us different is we get to know our clients and their houses. We put things where they belong and go the extra mile. We are not your typical maids! In Fact we treat you like family!
We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something damaged during our visit? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right. We will sit down and discuss what the best course of action is. Repairing, replacing or reimbursing the value of the item.
If your clean falls on a holiday we will give you as much notice as possible if we need to reschedule. We do our best to have you rescheduled within 72 hours. NOTE we are closed December 24,25,26 and January 1. If you require cleaning during those dates please contact us to make special arrangements.
All we ask is that you give us as much notice as you can so we can give other clients a chance to book. There is NO cancellation fee! We understand life happens!
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! Upon arrival to your home we will gladly take you pups out for a quick pee and poo! Register your pet with their name and let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. Please let staff know immediately if your pets are not allowed outside.
We provide everything required to clean your space! We only use hypoallergenic and 100% washable vacuums. We do ask that if you prefer a certain product that you supply and keep it at your home. We carry a variety of cleaning lines such as all natural, eco friendly, as well as commercial cleaners for the really dirty stuff! Please let us know what you prefer.
Payment is due on same day as service. We accept cash, cheque (made out to Mom's Cleaning Service), emt (firstname.lastname@example.org), Visa and Mastercard. If cash or cheque please put in sealed envelope with your address on it and leave in your home or give to your cleaning crew. There is a 50$ fee for cheques that don't clear.
You are under no contractual agreement as payment is made at each visit. We let our work speak for itself. Your continued satisfaction is our priority!
There are a few options that we recommend.
Give us the responsibility of a key or access code. We take extreme care of all client keys and codes. Your key or code is given to the team leader only on the day of your clean.
A second option is a lock box placed outside your home on the day of clean that contains your key. This way allows you to control the possession of your key at all times.
PLEASE do not hide access outside your home! Its not safe!
You will get to know our staff and they will get to know you, your home and your needs personally. All staff is personally trained by the owner to meet her highest standards. Periodically the owner will spot check the staff and their work. Have a preference of cleaners? Just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Yes! There is no need to leave your home during our services. We do ask to avoid cooking or showering during our visit as we have very limited time to clean all areas.
What if my baby is sleeping?
We work around those cuties schedules! Please let us know if you have children on a sleep schedule!
Your satisfaction with our services is our only priority! Please contact us within 24 hours to notify us via email with the area of dissatisfaction. We will do everything in our power to make it right. You work hard for your money and deserve to get what what was agreed upon.
