Residential Cleaning Services

Regular Scheduled Cleaning

A regular clean consists of a detailed clean of your washrooms and kitchen including the exterior of appliances and cabinetry. Dusting of all other areas including window ledges and baseboards. Wiping of all surfaces. Washing and or vacuuming of all floors including stairs. Washing of all mirrors and door handles. We also change and remove all garbage with the exception of the kitchen garbage.

Deep Cleaning

In a deep clean we meticulously clean and scrub your home. In addition to a regular clean, we wash all accessible baseboards, doors, window casings and sills, light switches and sockets, simple light fixtures, all surfaces, the removal of most household items to clean and put back into place.

Interior of appliances

This can be added on to any service at a charge of 50$ per appliance.

Move in/out clean

In addition to our deep clean a move in/out clean we add the cleaning of the interior of all cabinetry, appliances and closets.

Linen Change

If you would like us to change your bedding just leave fresh sheets on the bed and we will happily do so.

Cleaning on demand!

This is an hourly clean where we focus on what you want! Perfect for new moms, after parties, before visitors, during the recovery of injury etc Minimum of 3 total hours required per visit.

Vacation Rental Turnovers

General Property Maintenance

Meeting rigorous hospitality standards. Included in our vacation turnovers is linen change, Cleaning and putting away all dishes, vacuuming and moping of floors, Sanitizing washrooms and kitchen, washing of all surfaces, door handles and switches. Also Included is our supply inventory and damage reports with pictures.

General Property Maintenance

Cleaning and maintaining of offices, lobbies and public indoor areas. This service includes sanitizing washrooms and kitchens. Emptying of garbage's, wiping down of phones, conference tables, desks and chairs as well as washing and or vacuuming of all floors.

Selling your home can be one of the most stressful events in your life time. Let us make it easier! We come in and get your home photograph ready! We know where buyers look and what can turn them away from buying your home! We can also help you remove unwanted items and smells!

Going from construction zone to move in ready is hard work! Once your construction is finished we come in and wash all areas, removing all dust and debris. This is an extensive process and requires experience and the proper equipment. We also get all the paint and glue splatters off floors and windows.

In this process we carefully go through the focus areas and create 3 destinations. Keep, Donate and Toss. The keep pile will be organized and all items put in their proper places. The item you wish to donate we will gladly take them and bring to a local charity to avoid our landfills. The toss pile will be proper bagged or recycled.
